Welcome to TUX Wallet! TUX Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet service provided by Coinyex Co., Ltd.  (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) that govern your use of the TUX Wallet and all related services, software, and networks.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TUX Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing TUX Wallet.

2. Description of TUX Wallet

TUX Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet, which means that we do not store, send, or receive cryptocurrencies on your behalf. Instead, TUX Wallet provides software that allows you to securely manage your own cryptocurrency holdings. You are solely responsible for managing your private keys, which are required to access your cryptocurrency.

4. Your Responsibilities
